Default Soggy carpets

Decided to Spring clean my Maestro Advantage. On taking the rear carpet out I found some water in the footwells particularly on nearside. This has caused a bit of rust to the rear edge of the floor pan that I will need to get sorted - a stitch just in time! There are no obvious leaks - has anybody any ideas where its coming from?

Many thanks

Best to check door seals and window seals, as they become squashed(doors) and the window ones become hard/brittle over time and can let water in.

Also check sunroof seal, and sunroof drain points (if fitted).
