I have an MG Maestro 1600 R-series engine which had a hard former life at a rally school and is now only producing 70psi compression.
It still appears to produce a decent amount of power and so I don't yet think it's worth rebuilding it at this stage.
I just wondered if anyone's tried any of the products on the market that claim to raise compression?
e.g.
Holts Piston Seal

Wynn's Stop Smoke Oil Treatment
