Default Dashbord removal ?

I need some advice as the manual is a bit sketchie for me.
I have aquired a 1.3 with 46k on the clock and want to remove the whole dashboard. I am I right in thinking that what I need to do is as follows?
!. Remove steering wheel
2. Remove glove compartment & relays etc..
3. Remove instrument panel.
4. Remove radio & support bracket
5. Remove heater face and linkage arms
6. Remove heater vents
7. Remove surround bit where gear stick is
and finally remove the two screws at each end and Bob's yer Uncle!

I think it sounds too easy, does anyone know if I am missing anything as I want to write down proceedure for doing it.

Many thanks
S
