Radio Codes

i can decode any radio on earth with software freely obtained from the internet, but can't get a Rover/Phillips radio code anywhere?

MGRovercodes.com are charging £10 a code! and a few on ebay are charging £5, I cant believe this hasn't been cracked/leaked over the years.
