I very nearly bought this, been thinking about it for a while & just as I decided that I would go for it a Mk1 MG Metro came up so got that instead.

I Would like this car to be honest.

Our cars are appreciating in value, but those that own them or want to own them rarely want to pay that kind of money for them.

It will be a long hard slog to finally shake the old ARG is crap persona these cars have.

When it comes to selling one however, it is nearly always the opposite.

The day everyone accept's they are worth the asking price, is the day a car like this will sell as quickly as we think it should.

That's great for the money. If I had the room that would be with me but do i really want 2 blue mayfairs? Hmmm maybe I could swap Mavis but I love the efi. Thank god it's not on ebay one more beer and marriage would be in trouble!!!

I think that Mayfair is very good value & as said I would really like to own it but just getting the Metro & now doing a major refurbishment on that makes it difficult. Space is of a premium too (as is the norm).

No Oli, I got them from the seller but I may go and see it in a couple of weeks if it's still there.
