If they're in good order Doug, I'd also recommend the front seats. Remember they're slightly different to HL in HLS!

If it does, and providing you can even get close to it (they look pretty inaccessible in the brambles) I require the early fuse box cover set-up. My HLS didn't come with the original dash, so I either need the whole thing, or just the black insert and trim to retrofit a later dash like you've done.
The seats are grey, the door cards are grey inserts with blue so I assume the dash is blue. They're are brown, blue and grey dashes there on the other cars and most are uncracked.

Grey and blue? Sure it's not faded Prussian/Ice? Seems a weird combo to me!

Looks like grey inserts with blue to me Sam, I got inside it but as you say it could be light blue

Could see the dash Rich but it looks like a blue tint

Early fuse boxes are on 3 of the cars Rich, both VP's and the HLS.
You will need the trim on the dash which is the black box section, cover, steering column plate including rubber, metal brackets bolted on the under part of the dash, stainless metal strip, cardboard strip.
As you know early dashes are a bit more complicated to remove as the steering column has to come out and be disconnected.

If you managed to sort that out for me, I would be most grateful. However, not knowing what your plans are and even if you'll end up being able to take parts - if it doesn't happen that fair enough.

My plans are not to give up and be a pain in the rear till the guy talks to me, even if he tells me to buggar off

That blue interior is early VP Jeff. Either it's the wrong pic or someone's done a full interior transplant on it and binned the rare HLS bits! :-(

It does look like early VP interior. The shape of the front seats is the same as MG.

HLS had the same seats as HL but in complete fabric, rather than vinyl sides and backing that the early HL seats had.

Its the interior in this HLS Sam, no idea if its original or not. From what you and Ed's say its been replaced but I wouldn't know.
The blue VP has grey box velvet with blue from the looks of it, the gold VP has grey box velvet with brown and the red VP has caramel leather with brown.
If you look at the door cards on the HLS you maybe right with the interior change unless the wood caps where available on the HLS?

All of which are extremely gorgeous high spec interiors. Hope this guy will give them up to ensure they're saved.

Glad you found it Jeff, hope you have more luck in making contact with the guy! Seems a shame that such an apparent enthusiast for the marque would leave them to dissolve to dust but like I say he seems to think its a better way of making cash than filling in a lottery slip!
