It's very solid Rich and came with spares, near rust free drivers door, steering column and a few other things.
Nice quiet engine that starts on the button, was well worth the money

Absolutely fantastic to see all these MG Montego's together, truly wonderful. Really makes me even more proud to be the owner of some of the cars seen here and I'm so glad they are now residents of the Montego Barn. I have a great sense of pride right now and it makes what I am trying to do all the more worthwhile and worth it.

The video is a lovely bonus, well done Jeff for taking the time to do that and all the pics, I really look forward to reading about this in the next issue of Monstro.

Truly staggering to see all these cars together from year to year. Very happy!

Yes John, no excuses, first update and pictures once it's completed it's journey to the wrong side of the pond, then regular updates after that.

                          I suppose that's true.

Mind you, there was a lot of "spare" space in that container.
I'm sure you could have fitted in a few others "on top".

Just a shame they don't "frame out" the containers for better use of space.

Yes, if I had that container home it would be filled up to the brim!

Could of put 3 MG F's on top or your 130 and a 110(with the roofs off, lol !)

Wouldn't need to take the roofs off John.
Just fit a spare set of wheels fitted with 205 profile tyres, and put the originals in the back of each Land Rover.
(as well as many many more spares LOL.)
That would have lowered them enough to fit, and a 130 or 110 with rear "helper springs" removed would lower the rear enough too.

Blanchards do a good set up for containerisation.

2 x 110's with rear tilts and frames removed and packed into the rear floor space.
Then they "up turn" two 3/4 T Wolf Sankeys onto the back of each with the hitch between the front seats.

Strap em down and you can get two 110's in a 40' box, as well as spares stacked around them .

                              Mal.
