Note the switches on the door cards
Plenty of thick wiring and a relay in the door
            Note the old style dash
Note the longer 'one shot' drivers window switch

                Needed for the car
                Rear bumper (have 2 spare)
                Bootlid (have a spare)
Front door cards (have 4 spare)
All 4 doors, the drivers door has had an outer skin put on it but it didn't had enough paint put on it so it's slowly rusting. (I have 4 good spare doors)
All door windows as all have been heavily scratched. (not sure if I have a set that doesn't have a number plate sketched on)
                Bonnet (have 2 spare)
Front bumper brackets as they have rotted through (have spares)
Centre consol tray (have a spare)
                Wipers (have spares)
Dash (have spare but not early one)
Rear seats (have all four seats spare if needed)
Front crash panel rusted (have spare)
                Brake servo (have spare)
Aerial (have spare but newer type)
Radiator is shot (have a new spare)
Rear parcel shelf (have 2 spare)
Both drip trims on the roof (have crome spares only)
Drip seams will need work as they are rusty
Headlining looks as though it's been re-covered, but it hasn't been put back correctly.
Drivers door rubbing strip (have spare)
Both rear arch rubbing strips (friend has one)
Exhaust manifold is cracked (have a spare at Mal's barn)
Head is leaking oil so will also change the head gasket. (have loads of these)
It's had both front wings replaced at some point but the top bolt on the drivers side is missing so will look at that more closely when I remove the drivers door.

Might take you up on that, how much?

To reset the service light as follows:

Switch on ignition and ensure date is correct
Press and hold SELECT untill it displays english, briefly press SELECT again until screen goes blank
Press and hold RESET until OIL CHANGE appears, should be about 6 seconds release RESET
Press and RESET again until SERVICE RESET appears on right hand drive packs, again for about 6 seconds
Release RESET and press SELECT to revert to time and odometer.
Easy really according to my manual that Mal found for me. Ta Mal

Nothing better than having an original Mk1 MG Monty Workshop manual to hand Jeff.

Thanks for the offer but as I was rummaging though my shed full of parts this afternoon looking for something, I found a brand new one in a box that i'd competely forgotten about
