At the Bristol Bus Rally this year there was a section for classic cars. Amongst the usual fair of older cars from the 50s, 60s and 70s were a few 80s cars, including an Opaline Green MG Maestro 1600. I assume it is Andy's old car.

Looked in good condition still. Now sporting strange Del-Boy lettering on tailgate.

That is my old car. If you look at pictures of Saloon Day 2008 you will see it in my possession. I was offered it back last year. I do know the owner looks after it very well indeed & he does quite a lot of shows with it.

A188 RAE MG Maestro 1600 in Zircon Blue, Bristol city centre 4:30am today, looked mint and wasn't hanging around!

BRG Maestro Advantage In Somerset.

Saw this last Saturday 17th August parked in a side road in Chard, Somerset.

Red LX In Harwell, South Oxfordshire.

Saw this parked in a drive today on the A417 on the edge of Harwell. A brief pass by did look as if it had been stood a little while perhaps.

Whilst going southbound on the M1 last Friday in my truck about 9.30am at woodall services , spotted a red maestro clubman / city? going northbound looked tidy , anyone here?

Have seen 2 montego saloons in Renfrew over the last couple of days.

A Red J reg 1.6 parked next to a house with a couple of Vauxhall carltons on the drive.

And a Gold/Brown one the other end of town on someone's drive.

Will try to grab a picture or even knock on the door to see if they know about the forum.

Red one ends in MCK and the Gold one was missing however this exposed an E plate maestro on ramps or axle stands.

Just checked, the red one is listed as owned by the above mentioned member.
