COF is flame red. However there are several shades of it available!

My maestro Turbo is Flame Red 89 and paint code COF. Am I right in thinking that it is NOT metallic and just a single coat of solid 2-Pack, or a coat of COF and then 2-Pack clear lacquer? These are questions from a friend who will hopefully shortly be painting my engine bay.
            Cheers!

Not metallic, the factory finish had a clearcoat over, I know this as mine is peeling off ha ha ha
