Oh well, now back in my lock up. Took quite awhile to find it but seems I got messed about once I posted about it. If not needed or too much damage it would have been ok just to say so and not mess me about.
Not now available as I will keep it for my son in case he needs it in the future....

Power steering rack but you'll have to remove yours first to exchange, not a hard job https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/185901232...Bk9SR9a2gNzeYw
I have a resistor in my spares from an earlier model but should fit, if not it would only be the connection blocks to the loom which you could cut and re-connect....Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 19th April 2024, 12:29.

So much easier , will finish cutting round the sunroof once the windscreen is back in as it's raining again, The windscreen is going back in next Thursday so it'll be water tight again...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 19th April 2024, 10:06.

As it's at my house and Chris lives in Sheffield, it'll be me doing it. I'm not cleaning it, only moving things out of the way...

No wind this morning so cracked on. Strengthened a few cracks etc Will let the glue settle before cutting out any openings . Used a whole can on the rear again so I'm hoping this time it'll hold...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 18th April 2024, 09:57.

Try here as they advertise fuel tanks on their website and not far from you, not sure if they repair or make but it's a start so ring these http://sheldrakeandwells.co.uk/...

If the tank has that much rust in it you should get it cleaned out. You should do some research on what companies clean etc. then get some quotes. New wouldn't be an option really as they're rare and too expensive. To get cleaned etc should be about £300-350 I expect if you took it to the company you...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 18th April 2024, 07:52.

Yes they can be cleaned have a read near the end, if not near Swansea there are other companies who do this, northern radiators are a company some have used so also try those https://maestro.org.uk/forums/forum/...2-0-wont-startLast edited by Jeff Turbo; 17th April 2024, 18:02.

Rear light surround had a few holes in so welded that up, again not the best job but you don't see it with the boot shut. New seals on and doesn't leak now. If the wind stops or dies down tomorrow I should be able to do the headlining as the spray glue turned up today...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 17th April 2024, 13:28.

While I was at Rimmers this morning it would be rude not to buy a couple of these at £2 each for my son's turbo...

And more . Let me know if it's any good to you. Other than the cracks that can be glued and strengthened from underneath so they wont show and the four holes that I assume can be filled if you wish, nothing else is visible when in the car. The gear shift surround will have to glued on though, gorilla...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 17th April 2024, 10:30.

I think I have one left in my spares in my lock up, sure I noticed it when i got the metric tyres out for David . From memory the gearbox rubber surround will need to be glued on as will the front of the carpet section, but other than that it's undamaged. If needed I can go there tomorrow if you need...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 15th April 2024, 14:47.

Dodging the wind and rain I managed to remove the headliner. Much easier with the screen out to find out why the rear had come down. It must be the glue as there was plenty on it at the time. We also did Chris's MGZS door cards and the stick on that only lasted a summer in the hot weather, so it'll...Last edited by Jeff Turbo; 15th April 2024, 13:17.
