Oil leak

hi i need some help on my friends car there is oil leaking out from 2 of the spark plugs (sparkplugs are still tight in the engine but leak a bit) is there anyway of stopping this?

sounds like the plugs dont have that sealign washer on them take them out and swap them for some new ones whihc should have that ring and see what happens
