Brand New Montego X-Spoke Alloys

I seem to remember that someone was looking for a Monty X-Spoke a while ago so I thought I'd mention that I know that there are three available in Derby.

I contacted a chap called Nick from the Classifieds page by email acisparesbonthrone@talk21.com because he was advertising a ful set of 5 alloys for £160. He ended up selling me two for £50 the pair. They arrived a couple of days ago in their original Rover boxes so I can vouch for his honesty. Shipping for the two came in at £19. Ouch!

These are the 6Jx15 wheels NOT the slightly narrower Maestro ones.

Only got silver ones, but somebody in the MGM group has some Monty disadvantage ones....he brought them with him to MGM day 2003, by the entrance to the field I think....

They need to be less than 500 pixels wide and (I think) les than 100K

You have to use PhotoEditor or Paint or something similar to reduce size. E-mail them to me if you like and I'll post them up for us all to see.

What alloys do you need to get rid of?

Montego Advantage but exactly the same design as for the late MG Montego except
in pearlescent white. Brand new old stock, still boxed, never been

Yes they look the same as far as I can see. Who is the manufacturer?

They do fit the Montego and if I have not sold them by the end of MG Saloon Day you can have them for a tenner.

You will need a set of these if you are putting Montego alloys on your car because they are different from the nuts on those five spokes. Also they are exposed so the chrome capped look is best, unlike the hidden nuts on the five-spokes.

there called i think 100+ alloys,i think!

my car still has the original wheel nuts on,the chrome capped ones,but the wheels have a locking wheel nut,on each,so i need 4 replacment wheel nuts,


i'll have to see you about those wheel nuts at mgm,what car you coming in?
