Part Number - Maestro Turbo Head Gasket

Hi All,

As original parts are becoming hard to find I am looking to buy a head gasket set for Maestro Turbo 345 to put on the shelf 'just in case'! I have been told that part number LVQ701177EVA is the complete set for a Maestro Turbo. However having spoken to Rover today they say that there is actually no part number listed for the Maestro turbo....

The part number above was the latest incarnation of the Head Gasket for the Montego Turbo. Before i splash out £80 on a HG set my question for you all is - is this the right gasket for a Maestro Turbo??

Or did they have an older gasket (apparently there are 3 different types listed with rover!

Any help greatly appreciated!

Dan purchased one from Rimmers the other day - just the gasket itself. Was bloomin expensive at £40.

LVB 702595 EVA is just the gasket itself.

If you ring Rimmers let them know you were reccomended by the Rover 200 & 400 Owners Club ;)
