I've found now that the two front hazard lights no longer work on my turbo and also the 'lights on' light of the instrument cluster, also the green bulbs for the instrument panel. What would be the likely cause of this?

Hi John,
I'm not sure I understand your post!
Are you saying that:
Your front indicator lights don't flash when the hazard light switch is on? - If so do they flash when you indicate normally?
Your 'lights on' green light no longer works on the dash?
Surely the green light that you say is also not on *is* the 'lights on' one?
I'm probably just being thick!!

Simon,
Symptons are....
When I press for the hazards only the rear ones and the side ones work.
When I switch on the lights, the clock and the 'lights on' indicator on the speedo instrument pack does not light up. Green bulbs do not light up either.

faulty hazzard sw, or dirty contacts on the hazzard sw.
not sure about the lights , do the side lights work front and back?
if they do , you have a faulty bulb or dirty contacts again? (mutiplug?)
if one side of your side lights is out , check your fuses.

Hi it is also worth checking that you have a good clean connection on the group of earth wires on the front bumper bracket bolts. Poor earth connections here can cause a lot of strange problems.

Hi, thanks for the advice but I don't think it is any of those. The left hand rear brake light will not illuminate but the rest of the lights will and the bulb is new. Are the instrument lights connected to this circuit??
