Hi, could someone please tell me whether changing a radiator on an MG EFi is a straightforward job for someone who's not really too good at that sort of thing?

Yep it should be a straightforward job. The hardest part is undoing the hose clips and undoing the bolts for the slam panel. Everything else should be plain sailing. I think you only need a 10mm spanner and a screwdriver to do the job. The fan bolts can and usually do shear off but they are usually supplied with the new radiator so just make sure you grease them up when you fit the new ones. (Same goes for the slam panel bolts too but they usually don't shear).
