A very quick one...

Can anybody recommend a good make of timing belt for a diesel engine?

I would reccoment either a Unipart one, (which is as OEM as you can get) or failing that give DiPerk a ring and get a genuine Perkins one. A Unipart one should cost about £15

I only see it as a false economy to buy a pattern part for somthing that is as cruicial as a timing belt, on this engine anyway. Imagaine the damage and inconvienice if it failed!:eek:
