"The mother-of-three, who bought the silver-coloured car for £100 in June, said it started to shake when it reached the motorway speed limit of 70mph."

I was also astounded to read in Practical Classics that a Maestro had been caught at 480 mph.
Now let's imagine it had enough power to reach said speed. How fast do you think it will go before being torn to bits?

You don't read Max Power do you? Ugh! Nothing but souped-up hairdresser's motors!
I used to read Revs but that went pretty much the same way.
I feel another thread coming on here......

Found this by doing a search on the Max Power web site -
If there’s one thing you have to remember at USC it’s to never laugh at sheddy looking cars, especially if they’re on the strip. But as always happens much guffawing kicked in as a sh*tty-looking Maestro turbo pulled up to the start line. But judging by his times he must have pissed off a fair few so called sorted motors like GTi-Rs and Scoobies
Taken from an article about a show in 2001.
They have also run a buyers guide to the turbo.

Thanks for sharing that with us. ;) But I agree, and I am sure Jonathan will have the account removed soon.

Infact perhaps remove his username as well because it's a Spanish expletive as in 'Nevermind the Buzzcocks, here's the Sex Pistols'.
What a silly person!
