How do you put pics in your posts?

The [IMG] button asks for an internet URL (http/) but I don't have a website :(

Does that mean I can't post pics?

To post pics, click the "Browse..." button in the "Attach file:" box under the message box...
Choose your pic from your hard disk, then click Open. The filename will then be displayed in the box. Then you can click "Submit Reply" and Bob's your uncle.
