hi and wellcome , when we had my injectors cleaned (ta dan) all 4 of mine leaked after(you could feel the air escaping when you had your hand above the injectors), after 5000 ish miles they all had sealed themselves.

Hi have you tried your nearest Leyland Daf main agent as they may stock them for a Freight Rover 200 series / Sherpa van etc. which will be the same parts.

You just need a copper washer! When I changed my injectors, I tried to rely on the old washers re-sealing but it didn't work. Went down to a local garage, and he had a selection box of copper washers. The ones I picked out were slighly smaller in thickness, but fitted over the injector just fine, and were the same outer diameter. Thought it was a bit risky with them being slightly slimmer and the piston may hit the injector, but it was fine, sealed up as soon as they were in, and have done about 30k now!

You could always heat the old ones up to cherry red which anneals the copper and will bring it back to new.......
I always do this with sump plug copper washers.
