It sounds like your Auto Choke mechanism is faulty, and its is becoming flooded with petrol and therefore will not start.

Your Auto Choke mechanism would benefit from new o-rings inside it. They are available from a member on here for a pound or so. They are replacemeents for the original rubber o-rings inside the Auto Choke that swell when Unleaded petrol is used (Your car is designed for 4Star) - when they swell they become less effective at regulating fuel flow and this causes the symptoms you describe with your Auto Choke. The replacements we can source today are made from a special material (Viton) that does not react to Unleaded fuel, and allows your Auto Choke to fuction better.

Also try: Pull off the vacuum switch from the side of the carb and suck on the vacuum connection, if you can suck air through it, the vac switch needs renewing
