wires behind radio/cut off

theres two plugs i noticed were unplugged while taking out fuel ecu (getting tested)

2 tiny oblong plugs with two prings on each - a black one and a white one

pic would be here but the cam batteries were gone (charging lol)

any ideas?

are they to do with cut off or are they stopping me start the car?

A bit more detail (i.e. which model car, year, etc) or a photo would help.

However if memory serves me right I suspect these may well be part of an after market alarm/immobliser.
