If there were photos they would have been added to the advertisment. Sale is by family of a deceased estate and it doesn't have long until it needs to go...

A picture paints a thousand words.;)
and can save the seller timewasters, and the buyer a wasted journey.

I contacted the owners and viewed this little baby yesterday. It is a fine specimen and I was very tempted. If anyone is thinking of buying a first car it is ideal

This car came home with me today to fill a gap left by a recently crashed car. (Don't worry - it was nothing Austin-Rover shaped!)
It's now sharing the driveway with my HLE and my Montego.

Well done Rich.
I'm glad someone has saved it:)
What's it like? (looking forward to pics ;) )

It's a tad rough round the edges in terms of bodywork, but makes up for it by having a very sweet engine. The gearbox is vastly improved too, as it now has some oil in it. It was making some very unhealthy noises on the way home!
Myself and Rich spent all afternoon tidying it up. It looks quite presentable, if a tad rusty. I don't know how long it is staying here before it needs to move on (Once it becomes surplus to requirements). Therefore, it remains to be seen if I will put extra time and effort into it and treat it to some bodywork repairs that are more than just the bits it needs to see it through winter.
The car was of great sentimental value to the family who were selling it. Their father had owned it since new. I promised them I would take good care of it whilst it is with me.

As Rich says it's a solid car and it rides well. Now I know what it's like for rear passengers in my car... (No rear seatbelts, damn, I was gonna have them away! )
I got a bit of a surprise though when I turned up to see this car, as the photo's below suggest. (Count the Austin-Rover products!)
