1989/G MG METRO TURBO in British Racing Green, with a low mileage of only 72,490 miles.
It is in good condition inside and out, but has the odd rust bubble, in around 3/4 places NOT SERIOUS but would need attending to soon.
There is NO tax, but I am insured so I can tax the car for 6 or 12 months for the extra cost.
The MOT has crept up and is till the 20th October 2006, again a new one is negotiable depending on price.
It has had 3 previous owners in its 17 year history.
The previous owner bought it, (7/3/06) for his nephew but couldn’t get insurance so it had no use, and I (probably spoilt with my previous No 253 MG Maestro Turbo) have hardly used the car, (145 miles to be exact) since I acquired it on the 10th April 2006, so REALLY ONLY A 2 OWNER CAR. (in my eyes)
It has been well looked after, and I have 11 service history stamps, (see below) up till 57,438 miles.

Also just to mention that it has had 5 recent tyres with hardly any wear at all. (all Pirelli p600 185/55/13 at £99 each) which all of them including the spare have been rebalanced recently, the tracking aligned, new spark plugs, oil/filter changed, rotor arm and distributor cap all replaced.
THE ONLY BAD POINT WHICH HAS CROPPED UP RECENTLY, (somebody on here might be able to help please) IS THAT SOMETIMES THE ENGINE “RUNS ON” ?, I am sure that it is something simple as I remember my older cars years ago doing this and my father-in-law adjusting something on the engine ?. (probably the distributor, carburetor, or tick over screw) he’s 82 now and I should have learned :(
