Montego Estate for Spares near Inverness

I am not a member of your club, its a bit late for me my Montego diesel turbo estate has just given up the fight. If any of your members are interested they can have it for spares or repair. The only thing I would like to sell is a brand new starter motor that cost me £96.00 and has not been used. Maybe someone could make me an offer on it.

I asked for some more information in case anyone is thinking of looking at this car:

The monty is L Reg first registered 29-06-1994, Colour is red, Had 3 owners,2ltr diesel turbo, interior is grey not bad condition but needs a good valet comes up great.
Now for the bad news the engine has blown the head gasket but has never used any oil it was as sweet as a nut.
The mileage shows 120851 but it is not the original engine, that was stolen 18 months after the car was first bought and a new one fitted by the insurance, so actual mileage is less,I know the previous owners.
The panels have all the usual rust spots ie the bonnet is not brilliant rear wheel arches are on the way,the door bottoms are going as well.
The floor pan is excellent good petrol tank recent rear struts new power steering pipes.

When I was once on "awol" pick up duty, we parked a brand new LHD escort deisel estate in front of Birkenhead police station.

We were only in there for an Hour, and when we came out the damn thing wouldnt start, opened the bonnet and the engine and box was missing!.

We didnt half get it when the reme came to rescue us!.
(all because a jobsworth style copper wouldnt let us park under the station!).
