D'oh! Could fancy this one, now it looks like good weather. Seem to have picked a 'cold' up though, so probably better I'm not going  .
Good luck with the racing, Chris and Phil  .
Will be at Mallory Park on the 18th June though. Camping and BBQ the night before :) .

I had a good weekend except been burnt raw of Saturdays heat wave lol. Was some good racing on, though Philip had a slightly unlucky weekend:( , think you might be needing a new headlight Chris :banghead:

Good pictures Maisie. Whats with those tiny American Hotrod things? They look mental!

Just put a few of my favourite snaps from Sunday in the gallery, too.

Did the in-car footage reveal anything interesting?

The little things are called Legends. They're 5/8 scale American 1950s cars, and yes, they're totally mental and great fun :D
The in-car footage revealed exactly how the front indicator went, and why there's a small dent in the wing...
Jon, remember when the commentator said Chris and Mark Halsall were "enjoying each other's company" at the hairpin? Well, they were...! Chris went up the inside, but ran out of braking and tapped Mark. The move on the last lap to get past Mark as the leaders were coming through was fun too :D Best bit has to be the first lap of the second race with new brake pads in. Chris came up to Henry Sharpe, ran badly out of brakes, and decided to spin rather than hit anyone. He stalled, and being a 1600, it took a couple of goes to get started again.
Chris hopes to put the footage online soon.

Brilliant, will look forward to that :D
Would've been interesting to see what happened to Mr Waterman, too.

Henry Sharpe happened to him, closely followed by one of the Jacksons happening him to him too.

Phil, what a NIGHTMARE! :(
What happened to Phil?
Lets not mention the qualifying ey, but on the 20lap race he got stuck in the gravel on the first corner as he had to where else to go and I presume wounded let him go out as it the rest of the field were lapping (until someone corrects me) Didn’t no you went on Sunday Jonathan, what car did you go in? Better weather in the sense it didn’t make my sunburn any worse.
