any tips

my old no turbo diesel is smoking , she 's passed her last mot last summer with an oil change and fuel additive but l'd like less smoke , any tips would most welcome. stu goodwin :)

Does it still have the egr valve connected, all three of my td's have run much better when this was taken out of the equation and it only takes 5 minutes... undo the plug and tape it out of the way and block the vacuum pipe

:laugh: :confused: sorry mine is a boring non turbo , shes a slow old girl , l am not so lucky to get one witha turbo , over taking need a little planing , lol can l stiil do wot you said , l am used to petro and carbs , cheers ,,,, stu
