To all those of you who read and/or commented on my recent post regarding the RAC (here: http://www.maestro.org.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=471), I thought I'd let you know that I got a very apologetic letter on Saturday with £20 of Argos vouchers as an apology! RAC... I take it all back!
