Hi,

Hi everyone does anybody have an idea how i am to fit my new rear wheel arches for plastic bumper your help will be greatly apreciated.

Umm...In it's most simple explaination, cut off the old ones, and weld on the new!

I think Nick should have stated that on one side at least, there is already a second arch panel fitted. In which case, you've two to cut off on that side.

i have a thathcham manual that shows the places to cut and to weld all the body panels on maestro cars and vans if you have an email address ill send you what i have and it maybe a help rgds mike

heres how i did mine its first attempt havent welded arch on yet just trial fited it have left a bit of old arch by door shut with arch in place door closes ok ill weld bottem on sill & joggle top edge should look good its a montego but should be similer on a maestro

Is it only the arch kit you have.. not the full wammy.... that involves having the rear lights etc out... goes right round ??

The arch does from the seal.. up.. to just by the bottom of the primer.. ? at the top of that.. "indent" along the maestro.. ?
