If my rear suspension turrets were rusted is it possible to replace them and what would be the rough costs

Cost and repairability would depend on how seriously the turrets have rusted. If the top is completely gone, I should imagine it would be quite labour-intensive to cut out the affected section and weld new in (assuming somebody can supply the replacement section).
If the problem is lower down the turret, it would be a more straightforward repair using a plate after cutting back to good metal.
It would be well worth giving the rest of the car a thorough checkover for rust before spending any money, though, as if the rest of the car is getting rotten as well, it would be far more economical to pick up a Maestro in better condition: good cars will never be cheaper than they are now! (unless yours is a rare model, or has sentimental value of course)
Hope that helps

My turrets had gone holed both about halfway down and where they joined rhe floor. They were plated as part of the body resto.
