Anyone here on AOL? They have a feature on the world's ugliest cars. No mention of the two M's of course;) but there was also no mention of the new Nissan Micra!:rage:
(How do you describe a car that is small and ugly? Simple, just say smugly. Do you speak Micra?)

Well it rivals the ugliness (if that is a word) of the Twingo.. anyone remember those?

Remember the first time we saw them in Germany out of a coach window. Chris and I just looked at it, looked at each other and went "EEEEWWWWWWW!"
Thankfully not many made it over here. The only Twingo I'd think of having would be this one. (http://www.twingo.net/nicolas/fusee.htm)

The ugliest car has to be a Renault Vel Satis. What does that name mean in English? Does it mean very ugly?
This car is a minger, a real road toad. Check it out...

Sorry to pedantically answer your rhetorical question but I read about this in the Guardian once (don't worry, I don't make a habit of it - I'm not a soft lefty or wooly-thinking liberal). Apparently, to the French ear, it evokes luxury and sophistication but if you actually translate it literally from Latin to English it means something like "or enough".
It may be ugly, but I bet it does well in crash-tests!
