Various Montego Spares (Scotland)

I have some spares for a diesel Montego which are free to collect to clear some space!

I live in east Scotland near Montrose about half way between Dundee and Aberdeen so if any of your members are nearby (or not!) then I would be grateful if they would collect the bits and pieces.

The bits are

Wings- 2 nearside, 1 offside, all in good useable condition

Bonnet- 1 good condition- no rust at front edge!

Front bumper - no damage

Wheels 4

Starter motor

Gearbox

Lights- 2 headlights, 2 sidelights, 2 rear clusters (estate)

Towbar

Various bits- no idea of condition - drive shafts, calipers, hubs, brake master cylinder etc

The car was very rotten underneath , the engine is destined to power a 1959 Series2 Landrover.

I have arranged collection of all parts soon,i will be in a position to distribute them to any interested members by Sunday 5pm if you simply email me,these parts are free for collection in turn i will do the same for collection from DUNDEE or post to any club member for postage costs ,anyhow due to a busy week contact me SUNDAY 5PM onwards and we can arrange distribution from our very kind donor,I am picking everything up today for us and merely want the starter motor the rest can go to club members .Anyone requiring anything will have to make there own Courier postal or collection arrangements to obtain delivery of what they require thanks.I have merely made arrangements to move the lot to Dundee in my storage area and as stated will likely use starter and gearbox perhaphs wheels and the rest is as previously advertised free to good home at delivery costs only.cheers folks

Big thanks to 481, he dropped the parts i was after off at my house today, much appreciated ;)

I`m driving down to liverpool thursday night, coming back sunday, if any members want any parts I`m happy to act as a courier and meet up on the M74/M6 somewhere. This is assuming I can arrange to meet 481 in the meantime, if not i usually do the same run every 6 weeks or so.

Yes its still available bit rusty etc,if you are still interested message me and i will check its condition fully as its buried in many maestro spares in dry storage.cheers

I don,t have the bumper or sidelights,i was to return and collect it but took ill and lost contact number,i can however visit the kind gentleman who donated all the parts to see if he has these parts and get back to you

I regret to inform all club members that all the monty spares donated were collected by a guy from Glasgow who is restoring a TD Estate,the only part left is the towbar which obviously is a fair bit rusty
