Somehow I have ended up in the position that I will be picking up another Maestro tomorrow.
Yes, at 7:30pm tomorrow, I will become the new owner of F-somethingorother SRY - Maestro 1.3 Special in Flame Red....

I think I'll end up with 90% of the population of Maestro Specials soon!    ;)

Oh, piccies will follow!

Deja Vu?

You could open a Maestro Sanctuary for unwanted cars!

You'll be seeing double now (boom boom)

What about poor A615 NFV? Was the engine OK yesterday? If you want a rear bumper for free sometime for it let me know as I have one too many at home and its very good (but it is metallic blue) by the way.

Engine was fine - took a good thrashing on the M way, but C750 BND must have too to catch up with us so fast!
Regarding the bumper, that sounds great!

Your 'new' Special was registered in Leicester methinks.

BTW - Earliest I could take the bumper to you would be during early September as I will be visiting Manchester Met. Uni, failing that...well, I'd have to bring it with me on another car rally but I expect that'll be late this year or sometime during the next.

Got a while yet before I sell NFV. Just let me know in a PM if you are able to bring it into Manchester and we can meet up somewhere... again...

90%? Well, I saw one just outside my house this morning. (F954UVC)

Steve,

when you get seven Maestros (not if!!) then you'll have one
for every day of the week. Just one thought - where are you gonna store/keep them all?

Look forward to seeing them all some day soon!

The other other Rich.:)

Well we are picking up the third (6th altogether) tonight. You'll have to come down sometime - we can't bring three Maestros up to Bury with one driver!

Ah! It'll be red then. I should have to get a piccy sorted out of the G reg red example I see on my parcel deliveries.

Right - £100 lighter but F705 SRY is here. And it's looking very SRY for itself too. :(
I'm not sure whether to put the accident damage right and keep the car, or to strip it to bits and use them for the other Special...

Use it as a donor car for the other one. It would be foolish to try and repair it when you have another one in great condition. You have all the spares you could need now. I would break the car for spares - strip it of everything useable and either have the empty shell taken away or cut it up and chuck it in a skip.

Paris, Rome, Manchester!'
