Because the club has offered this to all of its members (not just those who use the web) and a deadline was set

Money will be required upfront for the order, and the deadline for monies recieved is the 9th September.

The offer will probably run again and again if their is sufficent interest however you have to get a big enough order together to warrent such a discount and we want to get the first batch in reasonably quickly so that the club members aren't hanging round for months and months waiting for other people to decide whether or not they want them.

There aren't any time constraints here either the club just run the offer in batches so that the members don't have to wait for ages to get their orders. Also there are probably 250+ maestro and montego owners who aren't on the forums so the offer was also released via the magazine which obviously needs some sort of date on.
