No reversing lights!!!!!!

It was kindly pointed out to me yesterday that my reversing lights are not working, I don't think both bulbs would have blown at once, are these on a circuit of their own or on circuit with other accessories, if it's not the fuse then it must be the switch in the gearbox, how hard is that to change?

I had the same trouble with my new Maestro 1.3L it was just the connector on the top of the gearbox that had come off.

Check the bulbs as it easy to not spot one has blown then when that one finaly goes you think they both mush have gone at once. only takes five minutes too.

Check the fuse I believe there is one for them somewhere, look at the fusebox lid for details as to where!

The reverse light switch isn't hard to change, just unscrews if I remember rightly. All easy jobs.

Anyone know what current the reverse switch is rated at?

Cool! Sound advice here.. im in the same position, im gonna have to change my switch too. I was shocked to learn reversing lights arent in the MOT test, if i were in charge of the law, id make that part of it.. but hey, who cares :-)
