Rear seat removal

How do you remove the lower half of the rear seat on a Montego VDP saloon (and upper side pieces)?:confused:

With great difficulty... the seat base needs pushing to the rear of the car while trying to lift the front of it (ie kneel facing towards the rear of the car and sort-of push and lift with your knees, The side bits then need to be removed by liftimg them up after unscrewing the lower rear seat belt mounting bolt visible when the seat base is out of the car.

It's a pain, and refitting the seat base is even trickier, not fun.
