As many of you are aware it can prove difficult if not down right expensive to locate and purchase metric tyres for the early Montego's.
I came across an online tyre company while online the other day, so thought I would give em a call to see if they could get the metric tyres.
They called back today and gave me a list of Part worns they have instock , which they are pretty much garanteeing !
The firm is called www.tyretraders.com Contact is Linden and they have the following 'Part Worn' metric tyres.
18 x 180/65/365 14 x 180/65/390 15 x 200/55/365 Metro
1 x 220/55/365 11 x 160/65/315
3 x 190/55/365
5 x 170/65/365
Prices are from £20 each for tyres whith 4-6 mil of tread
to £30 each for almost new tyres
They normally give free postage on 2 or more 'New' tyres , and have stated that they will do similar for multiple purchases of the part worn tyres.
