i agree, i think that we all should be able to defend our property to what ever means that necessitate,ok a young lad got killed,but the thieving little :censored: shouldn't have been there in the 1st place, violating tony martins rights to a peaceful and secure life,i could carry on........i apologise if i have offended anyone by saying what i feel.....ain't life a bitch.

I agree, he was within his rights to shoot at the burglars. The bill of Human Rights is pathetic, it even bans policeman from shooting to kill if a criminal is about to shoot at them, however if they do shoot at the criminal there is a smnall let out clause, but this has to be taken to court and proved 100% that they had reasonable cause to carry out the shooting - otherwise the marksmen can be sent to prison, even though they weree just doing their job! All this because everyone has a right to life according to the bill, and why corporal punishment will never be seen within the EU again. Its taking it too far. A murderer has the right to life? How can this be?> Shipman, who murdered hundreds of people hsa the right to life? Rediculous!!!
So yes, Tony Martin was right, but in the eyes of our pathetic judicial system, he was guilty... and i say cobblers to it!
I for one would like to see Tony Blair hanged

the whole governMENTAL system is an a:censored: e,tony martin should have been given a medal for standing up for himself not banged up for 4 years whilst that scrote walked out of prison after about 9 months,
only to be banged up again for dealing in heroin,once again i will apologise if i offend anyone......
