Hi, my turbo works but i can feel it working but it could be better is there any way of maintaining it. cheers.

Yes. You can do quite a lot to make it better.

The first thing to do is make sure that the turbo is boosting to the correct level. (13-14psi or just slightly under 1 bar). My turbo when checked was boosting at about 4 or 5 psi!. This is easily adjusted by lengthening or more likely shortening the actuator arm on the turbo. (let me know if you want instructions on how to do this). The next thing to do is check/clean the injectors as there is no point tuning the injection pump up if the injectors aren't in tip top condition. Then you should also check the injection pump timing is correct before proceeding to do any adjustments on the injection pump.

When I've got the time I'm going to put together a "How to..." article on what you can do to it but I'm waiting till I've fitted my intercooler so I can include it all at once.

If you happen to be local (I'm in sheffield) then if you pop over I can show you what to do. I'll try and dig out some useful links for you later tonight.
