[The most prone part of the maestro to rot I think, are the front door bottoms, and yet these could easily be repaired if replacement door skins were available.
I have tried, without any luck too locate a source ,does anyone have any ideas?

Yes door skins are available, or at least they were, I'm not sure now.
They can also be repaired if you are handy with a welder with sheet metal, and I toyed with the idea of some fibreglass ones when I get the time to make them and work out how to fit them.

Ahh I see you are from my old neck of the woods too. I still visit occasionally to see my parents so if you see a black maestro campervan give me a wave!

Also worth noting is the Montego door skin is the same as the maestro except for two sticky up bits which can be filed off.
