I know what i mean..
I have a circuit , attatched (sorry about the poor Ms Paont Skills)
It consists of
Battery (12v)
Switch
two lamps.
this is the circuit for my drivelights.. except they are done in series , ive re-done it in parrallell .
Im looking to the the lights to flash , not liek hazard warning lights , but alternatly.
So the left one fades out > right fades in > right fades out > left fades in , then out .. etc etc ..
Like on the front of the MAGPAS medical cars (Mid anglia ????? pramedic ambulence service mabey?)
I need to know what i need.. and where it goes in the circuit.
i know if i want the to flash together like hazard lights i need a two pin flashing relay , with the posative on one side , and negative on the other.. and they will flash together. but i want them to be alternat to eachother..
hope this is clear?
Graham
Thanks in advance .

From the Police Vehicle Enthusiasts club, they weren't cheap and there are a load of rules and regulations to be followed with them. We have slight different ones to the picture provided, all singing all dancing. Makes an especially good light show in the kitchen (which I am sure other people can verify).

Yup, that was an, errm, experience  as I was trying to drive home afterwards with big chunks of my vision 'red'...
Like the episode of the Simpsons where they go to Japan and all have fits in their hotel room while watching the telly.

When is the MOT then Graham?
I'm thinking of selling tickets to see you fail your own car due to your own mod's...
:)
PS: I won't ask what the two boxy things on the parcel shelf are...

I am intrigued as to what purpose these lights will actually serve. Come on Graham, let us in on the secret, or is it a joke?

Oh I'm all for modding stuff if you want to individualise your car, (just look at my poor campervan!), but what purpose do they serve?
In general for a mod to go on my car is has to have a yes answer to one or more of the following questions:
Will it make my car go faster
Will it make my car more economical
Will it make my car safer
Will it make my car more secure
Will it make driving it easier or more comfortable
Will it make my car last longer
Will it make my car look better
It might be useful to ask yourself these or a similar set of questions when you are deciding on what mods to do and what not to do. Also photoshopping or paintshopping images of mods onto your car before you do them is a good way of seeing what they look like before you splash the cash

I think they look rather smart. You wouldn't pop round and put a set on A82 this weekend, would you? ;)

The real use.
Reduce idiots speeding.
When i hopefully past my test in about 18 months some one is going to be slowing down the boy racers.. so when that scooby is about to go past me.. with their coloured lenses on might think.. uh-oh.. and slow it down a bit
(if i was to flash them at the car of corse!! )
