Fuel Filters

Are filters for the 1.6 lump a special part? Went to my local motor factors and they just had standard in-line filters. Wondering if other 1.6 owners were using a genuine Rover part?

There probably is an original part but to be honest any in-line filter has to be better than nothing (which is what the A series usually has)
