rubber bush

mine lower suspension arm has a bush in it thats not very well,i want to change this rubber bush is that possible,ie is it a separate part or do i have to buy the lower sus.arm ,are they a push fit or do i need a press,

steve says u do need a press but if u have a trolley jack and a vice (or suitable wall) u can do it u can get the bush seperately but they will try 2 get u 2 buy the whole arm. hope this helps m8:cool:
