Loads round here, usually in the places where you can't go even near the speed limit at the time when the road would be dangerous!

quite a few in Brum, but not as many as you might think compared
to some areas.i am a service engineer and do many a mile as my area
covers Aberystwyth,mid wales,south derbys,notts,leics,lincs,northants
and west mids.main ones that i come across are in the walsall/cannock
area and most of these are fully functional.

I pass 18 on an average work day. And I only drive about 40 miles a day. And most of them are the clever ones that average your speed over a set distance.

wow, thats really unfair... if i passed that many in a day, id loose my licence within a week!!! Not because i speed badly, but im not one to stick smack on to the limit.

Theyve put a nice one up as you join the M275 in portsmouth lately, which is obscured by a Shell Petrol Station sign til you're right on it! People who dont know its there will get caught without a doubt, oh and theyve painted it in same colour as the shell logo too, which is nice! :rolleyes:
