Wipers

I need some new wiper blades all round for F170 to sail through his MOT in a few weeks. Any suggestions on what sort to buy and what size they should be...

Try and buy some ones that dont squeak. Squeaky ones are bloody annoying.

go for a make like bosch,they dont squeak or smear,dont be dragged into types like "magic blades" with about 4 or 5 blades per wiper to be honest they are c:censored: p, length of blade is about 20 inch/500mm:)

it depends on what cars are parked on your street when you go looking for some ,bmw ones are nice:eek:

You can't remove Montego ones as the bonnet gets in the way... Try
going to yer local Motor factors and getting 'refills'. Or Macsons at Bury (Rochdale Road) sell Unipart replacements that are the quietest blades I've ever owned, even using Rain-X on the screen Champion refills scraped and slashed across like there was no tomorrow...

20 inch all round (oo-er missus) is the size you want - RDGelder has removed my VDP blades for a second life on Aggie no trouble at all...

Tony, if the wipers on BM's are like the indicators, they'll never work...:laugh:
