What do you mean by "synchronise"?

I probably can't answer your query anyway, because I don't know much about the central locking system, but maybe if you explain the problem more clearly there will be somebody else out there who can.

I could probably find you the wiring diagram for the c.l. if you get stuck. But I've never had experience of problem solving, other than replacing the actuators, etc.

Many moons ago my dad had a 1985 MG Metro with 'central locking' - only worked on the doors (not the tailgate) from the driver's door, and if the passenger door was already locked when the driver's door was locked, the passenger door would unlock when driver's door was locked etc.

The Montego system is much better, I had no problem on my old VDP if some doors were locked when the driver or passenger door lock (or inside doortop 'button') was moved so as to 'lock' that door then all doors either became or stayed locked, and vice versa on unlocking. No problems apart from the rear doors staying locked because the inner rod mechanisms were jammed due to lack of use - easily sorted. This may be your problem?
