Can anyone tell me the distances between the CAMSHAFT and the TAPPET (over the shim) for a 2l Perkins Turbo diesel engine?
I need also the aproximate price for a front and rear bumper.

Ok here goes.

Inlet (checking) 0.20mm-0.40mm
Inlet (adjusting) 0.25mm-0.35mm
Exhaust (checking) 0.30mm-0.50mm
Exhaust (adjusting) 0.35mm-0.45mm

Second hand bumpers approx £10-35, but as these items get rarer, prices may vary. Very expensive from Rover brand new if still available.
