Hi!
I have a very good condition 1994 Maestro TD fuel tank and want to put that on my car. But to do this I need to know which pipe goes where... Well, in particular I would like to differ between the fuel return pipe and the feed :) I realy don't want to do a try and error scheme...

Alexander

No one any info on that? It's getting urgent as the car goes into the workshop tomorrow and I intend not to pay their time for finding out how it's working ;)
BTW, the main operation is not the change of the fuel tank, but the installation of LPG equipment which will save me 7p per driven mile :D This will make my already economical 1.3 even more joy to drive...

IIRC the fuel feed pipe is on the left side of the car and the return pipe is on the right side. Hope this helps...

Thanks,
but it is of no help, since I only got the tank and need to identify the 2 stubs to say which one should be closed of. Both stubs sit on the rear of the tank (opposite the fuel-sender) and both are angled in the same direction....

Alexander
