Home/use for faithful workhorse needed

I am sadly required to part with my much loved Maestro Mayfair 1.6 Would anyone like to take her? She has MOT & Tax until January, new front tyres & new radiator amongst others. She has metallic black bodywork and is reliable. She runs excellently and has given me many good years of service. I am travelling to Australia in October and would like her to be of use to someone rather than abandoned in a scrap yard. I will need her until the 25th of October this year. She's currently in St Austell, Cornwall but regularly travels to Exeter. Any offers/arrangements considered. Can anyone help? I'd been wondering what had become of this car. If you want us to put an ad on the classifieds page and in the next magazine (published in about 2-3 weeks time) drop me an email. After all that's been spent and done we can't let you scrap her ;)

I'd guess that having another car drive into the rear 5 years ago will mean that it'll show up as condition alert on HPI but if the repairs were done properly, as I'm sure they were, I wouldn't be at all put off by that.

I'll definately drop you an email with a few more details. The accident did result in it being written off which'll show up on HPI but it was re-MOT'd and thoroughly inspected by an official at the request of the insurance company so all damge was repaired to A1 condition.

I'm so pleased that there may be a chance that someone will take it on. The bodywork will need some attention but its basically sound. I'll also send some photos as it is at present.
