Spark plugs.

Hi all,

I've just bought 10 Unipart plugs, part No. GSP 4552 My handbook for the VP says a different number. The plugs are for a 1.6. Handbook says No. GSP 665.

Are they the same or would they be suitable?

Did Austin Rover change the 1.6 since it went from 'R' to 'S' series?

GSP 4552 is the correct fitment for the MG 1600 S series, previously GSP 685, so I'm not sure if these will be 100% correct.

GSP 665 is the old Unipart plug spec for the non-MG S series, then the number changed to GSP 4562 until the unleaded S series 1600s came out like mine when it changed again to GSP 4662.
